There is no such thing as TONING!

Women go to the gym to ‘tone up’ while men go to the gym to ‘lift weights and build muscle’ but the truth is, they are the exact same things.

Your body can only lose or gain fat, and lose or gain muscle. There is no specific mechanism for toning or firming. The difference between men and women (as a result of weight lifting) is how the body looks.
